Todos los artículos se imprimen el mismo día y se inspeccionan para garantizar un mejor acabado. Algunos pedidos pueden tardar solo unos días, mientras que los pedidos más complicados y grandes tardarán más tiempo, pero se le informará sobre el progreso o los tiempos de envío.
Los modelos pintados dependiendo su tamaño, pueden tardar hasta 2 semanas.
Todos los pedidos se envían a través de BG Post. Se proporcionará un seguimiento (si está disponible) una vez que se envíen los artículos. En caso de que el artículo se pierda durante la entrega, organizaré un reembolso o solicitaré que se vuelva a enviar el artículo.

I did not receive this model.
So why am i rating it 5 stars?
Because of the customer service that i received when the issues first arose. I was told straight away that the version that i ordered had problems and i was immediately offered something in exchange for it.
I was offered two models as replacement and they are both high quality and beautifully detailed models (2B from Nier Automata and SheGo from Kim Possible)
So i'm not going to knock down the seller with this review and instead make the star value relevant to the two that i recieved.
I will still be buying more from them in the future.
(for reference the scale i ordered was 75mm)
again looking forward to buying more in the future. Keep up the great work.
