The resin used is 8K Space Grey, which is similar to Warhammer models. All models are printed on 12K and 16K screens, ensuring the highest level of detail even for the smallest mini.

Some models are printed in multiple parts which will require assembly. All models at scale 1:10 and 1:6 will come in parts. For 75mm and 32mm, most models are in 2 parts (model and base), but there are some which come in multiple parts (all models from 3DMoonn, Abe3D and Sanix3D will come in multiple parts even at 75mm)

All bust sizes are multiplied by x1.5. ( Ex: if a bust at scale 1:10 has 100mm, it will be multipled by x1.5, 100 x 1.5 = 150mm total size). This multplier is applied to determine the cost of the bust itself and be closer to an actual size of a normal model.

1:10 scale means that the model is 10 times smaller than reality, and 1:6 means it is 6 times smaller than reality. (Ex. If a model in real life is 180cm in height*, at 1:10 scale model is 180mm in height*)

*The height of the model from feet to head. Bases and different poses (ex., hands up, helmet, wings, etc) add up extra in total height. A model sitting, for example, will automatically be smaller in height, but the scale is maintained.

Some of the models come in multiple parts, and printing them at small sizes, results in multiple small and very fragile parts, which are very difficult to print and will break easily.

Todos los modelos se añaden a la impresión el mismo día en que se realiza el pedido. El tiempo habitual de envío es de entre 3 y 5 días, dependiendo del tamaño del pedido. A veces, los modelos se pueden enviar incluso el segundo día.

Todo depende del tamaño del modelo. Por ejemplo, los modelos que tienen una escala de 1:10 suelen tardar alrededor de una semana en estar listos para ser enviados, en comparación con un modelo más grande (escala 1:6), que puede tardar incluso 2 semanas. Los modelos más pequeños tardan unos días. Pero te mantendremos informado sobre el progreso.

Si su pedido llegó dañado o se perdió durante el envío, los modelos serán reemplazados y un nuevo paquete estará en camino hacia usted.

Once a painted model or a custom order has been fulfilled and shipped, they cannot be returned. This is because each model is made by the customer's preferences and is an order that takes weeks to be made. All painted models and custom orders are made by hand and are not mass-produced. The best advice is to get in touch while your model/custom order is being produced in case any modifications are desired, so in the end they can meet your expectations.

All painted models and custom orders can be canceled within 3 days from placing an order, and a full refund will be issued. The term is 3 days because a painted model or a custom order process starts immediately after the order is been placed. Anything after the 3-day period will be too late to be cancelled because the project is already being prepared and started to be created.

If the custom order starts to be produced, sometimes it will be hard to modify, but not impossible. It depends on what kind of modifications you would like, but most of them can be done. That is why it is very important to discuss every aspect before the orders start to be created.
