U.S. customers expect delays in the shipments of your products due to the termination of the "$800 duty-free de minimis" exemption and modification of tariffs for parcels entering the U.S. More than 30 European countries still have suspended their shipments to the U.S., and are waiting for clarifications on the new import taxes.

If you are based in the U.S. and still want to place orders, or not to miss any deals and discounts, you can still do so. Your models will still be printed/painted and prepared for shipping, and as soon as the services resume back to normal, your items will be sent immediately, fully tracked. We would also like to keep in touch with you, keep you updated, and communicate any alternatives.

To make things slightly easier for those who are in a rush to get their models, we added express shipping. Express shipping doesn't mean that you will still get the models in the usual time, but they will travel through the UK as well (Bulgaria, the UK, and the US) and not wait until the suspension for shipping parcels resumes. A time frame for receiving parcels if chosen Express delivery, will take between 2 and 3 weeks from the moment they are shipped (Bulgaria-UK will be 5-6 days, and UK-US another 5-10 days).

We apologize for this, but it is out of our hands, and we hope that everything will be back to normal as soon as possible, because we know how important it is to have fast shipping as well as high quality. Now, we need to wait so we can fulfill the fast (and cheap) shipping as well.
